1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NikoDeal website (nikodeal.com), the NikoDeal Android application, or the NikoDeal iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.

2Product Authenticity, NTA MDMS & Official Warranty

All Brand New Seal Pack devices (Apple, Samsung, Dell, Xiaomi, OnePlus) are sourced through authorized national distributors in Nepal (e.g. Generation Next Communications for Apple, IMS / HIM Electronics for Samsung).

NTA MDMS Registration: All cellular smartphones are legally imported with customs clearance and registered in the Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) Mobile Device Management System (MDMS).
Brand Warranty: Brand warranty as per manufacturer, serviceable at all authorized brand care centers across Nepal.

3Pricing & 13% IRD VAT Billing

All prices displayed on NikoDeal are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR / रु) and are inclusive of applicable 13% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Inland Revenue Department of Nepal. Customers receive an official electronic tax invoice with every fulfilled purchase.

4Shipping, Express Delivery & COD Policies

• Sudurpashchim Local Delivery: Same-day doorstep drops in Dhangadhi city (orders placed before 5:00 PM) and within 24 hours across Kailali & Kanchanpur districts.

• Nationwide Express Courier: Dispatched via Pathao Courier Express or Sundar Yatayat Highway Transport. Average delivery time: 1 to 3 business days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for all verified delivery addresses in Nepal. Customers may inspect the exterior package seal before making cash payment to the delivery rider.

50% Interest EMI & In-House Kistabandi Financing

NikoDeal offers 0% interest instalment plans on eligible devices through our financing partners, Hulas FinTech Solutions and Batas Investment & Credit. The partner shown on a product is the one that finances that model. To apply, the customer submits a recent photo, both sides of their citizenship certificate (Nagarikta), a screenshot proving SIM ownership, and the details and documents of a guarantor. Approval is decided by the financing partner. In-house Kistabandi financing is available exclusively for verified Sudurpashchim residents with valid citizenship documentation.

6Warranty & Service Policy

Brand warranty as per manufacturer. For any hardware warranty claims or technical support:

Warranty claims are serviced at authorized brand service centers across Nepal in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.
Customers must present their official 13% IRD VAT Tax Invoice provided with the purchase.
Physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized tampering are not covered under manufacturer warranty terms.
